sneak peak: a basic 6-week soul medicine program
Module 01

Explore where in your life you’re currently experiencing discomfort and a calling for growth. Participants are guided through a series of interactive exercises to give attention to the areas in their lives specifically calling out for growth right now, the areas where growth is hindered due to disbelief, fear, feelings of unworthiness and old conditioning and you’ll begin to unveil and release those mental obstructions.

Explore your deeper desires. Wishes, intentions, goals, desires that you have not yet fully allowed yourself to explore due to disbelief, fear, feelings of unworthiness and old conditioning. This week you are guided through time to reclaim that pure and innocent part of yourself that wants to believe… And you will give her permission to dream bigger.
Module 02

Begin rebuilding a loving relationship with the parts of yourself that you’ve reclaimed… As you give her permission to be vulnerable and express her needs, you’ll receive direct guidance on how to meet her needs, how to feel worthy of what you desire and how to open up to receive. With interactive affirmations and gratitude exercises you’ll build upon intentions set in Weeks One and Two. It’s time to step forward and attract in more of what you DO want.
Module 03

Raise your vibration and become noticeably glowy. A woman who loves herself radiates from within and this week you become that woman. Guided exercises and homework to practice daily self love until you yourself are feeling it and noticing the world around you mirroring it back.
Module 04

Give yourself permission to be the old you AND give yourself permission to be a new you. This week you’ll dive into the question ‘Who am I now?’. Through guided creative scripting exercises you will craft a new image of yourself and visualize stepping into her.
Module 05

Free of fear and unworthiness, with an BIG open heart and BIG open eyes you are ready to vision something BIGGER for yourself. Review your Week One intentions and build upon them. You’ll now set big firm intentions, craft your own step-by-step action plan through guided exercises, participate in a declarations exercise and commit.

If you are new to Soul Medicine we always recommend starting with a live Soul Medicine class with Athena, our founder. Drop in a weekly class here or you can try out a membership at home to get a feel for Soul Medicine through the pre-recorded video lessons and audio recordings of past sessions. You don’t have to! In group sessions I extend invitation to share, however if anyone is ever uncomfortable they can leave their video off or send me a private chat to let me know. You always reserve the right to do the exercises and simply just listen in.

Yes! Everyone asks me this and I will tell you that in my honest opinion the group sessions are MORE powerful than private. That is why I am now committed to growing my live group offerings. There is a very potent magic in the shared collective energy coming together for healing and manifestation.

This would be comparing apples to oranges. But what I can tell you is that virtual sessions ARE powerful. And they can be more comfortable if you set yourself up appropriately. So grab a blanket and a cup of tea and find a comfy spot to join in!

If you can’t attend every session in a 6 or 12-week program, not to worry. We post recordings of every virtual session so that you can keep up with your group and your growth!
